• Renders, illustrations and photographs are artistic impressions and do not constitute a representation of the finished project.
• Plot sizes, plantation composition, amenities and timelines are subject to change, statutory approvals, and site conditions.
• Pricing is indicative and subject to revision without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or an invitation to offer.
• No binding obligation arises until a written agreement is executed between you and Delight Eco Farms Private Limited.

Prospective buyers are advised to independently verify all land records, titles, approvals and documentation before making a decision.

04Consent to be contacted (DND / NDNC)

When you submit any form on this website, you expressly authorise Delight Eco Farms Private Limited and its representatives to contact you with updates and notifications via Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Call, and you agree that this authorisation overrides any DND or NDNC registration on your number.

You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by writing to info@delightecofarms.com.

05Site visits

Site visits are arranged by appointment and are subject to availability, weather and site conditions. You visit our farmland projects at your own risk and are expected to follow the instructions of our on-site team. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to belongings during a visit, save where caused by our gross negligence.

06Bookings and payments

Any booking amount, allotment, payment schedule, cancellation term and refund entitlement is governed solely by the written agreement executed between you and Delight Eco Farms Private Limited. Where a conflict arises, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

We do not accept payment through this website. Payments must be made only to the bank accounts named in your executed agreement or in an official communication issued from a delightecofarms.com e-mail address.

07Intellectual property

All content on this website — the Delight Eco Farms name and logo, project names, text, photographs, videos, drone imagery, master plans, illustrations and code — is owned by or licensed to Delight Eco Farms Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

08Third-party links

This website links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Maps and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
